Common problems in wiring and installation of weighing sensor

Weighing is a common function in industrial production. In fact, the weighing sensor is an electronic signal output device that can change the quality data signal into accurate measurement. However, due to its high sensitivity and precise mi degree, it is a sensor with high rules. Once it is operated incorrectly, accurate measurement is prohibited from endangering the production process and damaging the instrument panel. Today, we will learn and train the common problems of wiring and installation of load cells!

There are two kinds of wiring for weighing sensor, one is four-wire weighing sensor, and the other is six-wire weighing sensor.

The four-wire weighing sensor has four wires with different colors, one set of power supply and one set of data signals, and the other has a shielded cable. The six-wire weighing sensor basically adds a group of reaction signal lines to the four-wire system.

Because the wires are all marked with colors, we can analyze and judge what the wires represent according to the colors. Power signal line color (black and red), signal line color (green and white), reaction signal line color (blue and yellow), in which they all have a shielded cable (coarse gray and black).

Most of the wiring color data signals of miniature weighing sensors produced by many manufacturers are common. If you are not at ease, you can use digital multimeter to carry out accurate measurement and analysis. Since most of the positive color of the power cord is recognized as bright red, we should take the positive color of the power cord as a foothold. In the four-wire system, the resistance of two groups of wires is accurately measured with the resistor file of digital multimeter, the large group is the power supply and the smaller group is the data signal. In the six-wire system, because there is one more group of reaction wires, because the positive and power lines of the reaction wires are just on and off, and the negative reaction data signal is the same. First, use a digital multimeter to connect the bright red wire of the power supply to find the positive reaction data signal, and on the contrary, the negative reaction data signal is the negative power supply and the negative reaction signal. The remaining group is the signal line.
