Are the structures of tension and pressure sensors specific?

The structure of the tension pressure sensor is not completely specific, but it usually contains some basic components, as follows:

Common basic structure

Elastic element: it is the core part, usually made of metal alloy or special composite materials, such as steel and aluminum. Its shapes are diverse, such as circular injection, beam, diaphragm, S-shaped, plate-ring and so on. Elastic elements with different shapes are suitable for different measuring scenes and force acting modes. For example, S-type tension pressure sensor is suitable for electronic force measuring systems such as hanging scales and batching scales, while plate-ring tension sensor is more suitable for working in large range and harsh conditions. Strain gauge: generally made of tiny electric wires or semiconductor materials, and pasted on both sides or specific positions of elastic elements. When the elastic element is slightly deformed due to stress, the strain gauge can sensitively sense and change its resistance value accordingly. Measuring circuit: it mainly includes electronic circuits such as bridge circuit, which is used to convert the resistance change of strain gauge into electrical signal for output, and the magnitude of the electrical signal is proportional to the force. In addition, it is also possible to include a temperature compensation element and a signal conditioning circuit. The temperature compensation element is used to offset the influence of environmental temperature change on the performance of the strain gauge, and the signal conditioning circuit is responsible for amplifying, filtering and linearizing the weak electrical signal, and finally outputting a clear and stable measurement value.

Different types of tensile force sensors with different structures: composed of elastic body, strain gauge and measuring circuit, it is the most common tensile force sensor. Its working principle is based on the strain produced by the elastic body when it is stressed, so that the electric anode of the strain gauge stuck on its surface changes, and then the resistance change is converted into an electrical signal through the measuring circuit. This kind of sensor has simple structure, high precision and good stability, and is widely used in various force measuring occasions. Piezoresistive tension pressure sensor: Using the pressure sister effect of semiconductor materials, when subjected to pressure or tension, the electric positive rate of semiconductor materials will change, which will lead to the change of its electric positive value. This sensor is usually made of semiconductor materials such as silicon and has high accuracy.

High sensitivity, small size and other advantages, but it is sensitive to temperature changes and needs temperature compensation. Capacitive tension and pressure sensor: It is composed of two parallel plates. When subjected to pressure or tension, the distance between the plates or the area of the plates will change, which will lead to the change of capacitance. Measuring the force by measuring the change of capacitance has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability and strong anti-interference ability, but the structure is relatively complicated and the cost is high.

Musical pull force sensor: Using the music effect of piezoelectric material, when it is subjected to music force or makeup force, the music material will produce charge, and the force is measured by measuring the charge. This sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and fast response, but it can only measure dynamic force, not static force.
