Preparation before installation

Check the sensor: Before installation, carefully check the appearance of the weighing sensor to see if it is damaged, deformed, bumped, etc. At the same time, check whether its connecting wire is in good condition, so as to ensure the quality of the sensor itself is qualified and its function is normal, so as to avoid the use being affected by the failure after installation.

Clean installation environment: clean the place where the weighing sensor is installed, remove sundries, dust and foreign objects that may affect the installation accuracy and stability of the sensor, ensure that the installation surface is flat and clean, and provide good basic conditions for subsequent installation.

Prepare installation tools: according to the installation mode and structural characteristics of the sensor, prepare appropriate tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, level meters, etc., to ensure the smooth installation process.

Mechanical installation
