1. Mistakes in the use of weighing sensors are caused by operators, which also means that there are many reasons, for example, mistakes caused by different temperatures, including mistakes in the placement of probes or incorrect insulation between probes and measurement addresses, and other mistakes in the use include mistakes in the purification process of air or other gases, and mistakes in the use also touch the wrong placement of transmitters, so positive or negative pressure will affect the correct reading.
2. The characteristic fault is inherent in the equipment itself, which is the difference between the recognized handling function characteristics and the actual characteristics of the equipment. This fault includes DC drift value, incorrect slope or non-linear slope.
3. Dynamic negligence The characteristics and calibration of many sensors are applicable to static conditions, which means that the input parameters used are static or similar to static. Many sensors have strong damping, so they will not respond quickly to changes in input parameters. For example, it takes several seconds for thermistors to respond to step changes in temperature.
4. Thermistor will not jump to a new impedance immediately, or suddenly change. On the contrary, it will slowly change to a new value. Then, if the weighing sensor with delay characteristics responds to the rapid change of temperature, the output waveform will be distorted, because it contains dynamic faults. The factors that cause dynamic fault are echo time, amplitude distortion and phase distortion.
5. Insertion error refers to the error caused by changing the measurement parameters when a sensor is inserted into the system. Generally, this problem will appear in electronic measurement, but similar problems will appear in other methods of measurement. For example, when a voltmeter measures voltage in the loop, it will definitely have an inherent impedance, which is much larger than the loop impedance, and may present a loop load. At this time, there will be a great error in reading. The reason for this type of error is the use of. Perhaps the dynamic characteristics of the system are too slow, or the self-heating in the system loads too much heat energy.
6. Environmental fault comes from the environment in which the sensor is used. The elements of the weighing sensor include temperature, or swing, vibration, altitude, chemical transpiration or other elements, which often affect the characteristics of the sensor. Therefore, in practice, these elements are always grouped together.
