It is related to the normal operation of the sensor, its safety and service life, and even the reliability and safety of the whole weighing device. The electropositive strain type load cell is mainly composed of elastic body, electropositive strain gauge and compensation circuit. The elastic body is the stress element of the load cell and is made of high-quality alloy steel or high-quality aluminum profile. The resistance strain gauges are made of metal foil corroded into a grid shape, and the four resistance strain gauges are adhered to the elastic body in the form of electric grain structure.
