Application of pressure sensor in non-negative pressure water supply system

At present, in order to eliminate the influence of urban water supply on residents' water use, the relevant urban water supply regulations formulated by China shall not directly install domestic and production pumps on the municipal pipe network. The residential water supply equipment connected in series on the municipal water supply network needs no negative.

Pressurized water supply system Flow controller, cavity pressure stabilizing compensation tank, etc. should be added between the pump inlet and the municipal pipe network.

Non-negative pressure water supply system is a high-sensitivity pressure sensor or pressure switch installed on the water supply network to detect the pressure change when the water consumption of the water supply network changes, and continuously transmit the change signal to the receiving equipment. According to different operating conditions, the dynamic control is not enough to achieve dynamic pressure balance, which means that the water demand of users is fixed and full. When the tap water of municipal pipeline enters the regulation tank at a certain pressure, the air in the pressure-stabilizing compensation tank is discharged through the direct air eliminator, and the vacuum eliminator is automatically closed when the water is full. When tap water can meet the water pressure and water consumption requirements, the water supply equipment directly supplies water to the water pipe network through the bypass check room; When the pressure of water pipe network can't meet the water demand, the system will transmit it through pressure.

The sensor, pressure switch and pressure controller give the pump start signal. Supply: When the water pump supplies water, if the water in the water pipe network is the maximum dry pump flow, the system will stick to the principle of water supply. For example, if the water in the inner water pipe network is less than the pump flow, the water in the regulating tank can still be supplied normally as a supplementary water source. At this time, air enters the regulating tank from the direct air eliminator to eliminate the negative pressure in the water pipe network. After the water peak, the system will return to a normal state. If the water level in the regulating tank drops due to insufficient supply of tap water or water stoppage in the pipe network, the wave position controller will give a pump stop signal to protect the pump unit. This process is so cyclic that the purpose of water supply without negative pressure is finally achieved.
